There are certain flavors and dishes that always bring me back home. Recipes passed from generation to generation that I have been trying to master for years. And that's what this blog is about. Hopefully, with this blog I can (1) Record and quantify some family recipes that are "eye-balled" (2) Make healthier versions of family favorites, (3) Try, tweak, and perfect recipes I want to turn into new family favorites, and (4) share a piece of my own home with all of you.
