Kitchen Basics

This series allows me to utilize my Bachelor's Degree in Botany to help you better understand the ingredients you use. Learn botanical history, morphology of the plant, typical uses in cooking, and some recipes where you utilize that ingredient!

I have also decided to add on other non-plant ingredients to this series, to fully utilize my nerdy cooking/science knowledge!
